By accessing and using the services of Calmecandle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Calmecandle provides event decor, photo zone design, and props rental services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
To secure a booking, a deposit is required. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote. Full payment is due before or on the event date as agreed in the contract.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as agreed upon.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
All rented items remain the property of calmecandle. You are responsible for the care of rented items during the rental period. Any damage or loss will be charged at replacement cost.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
We will deliver and set up items at the agreed time and location. Access to the venue must be provided as specified in the booking agreement. Delays caused by venue access issues may incur additional charges.
While we take every care in providing our services, calmecandle is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by calmecandle remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to photograph our work for promotional purposes.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
