At Calmecandle, we provide event decor and photo zone services on a rental basis. This Return Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returning rented items after your event.
All rented props, furniture, and decor items must be returned according to the terms specified in your rental agreement. We offer two return options:
Our team will collect all rented items from your venue at the agreed time following your event. This service is included in most rental packages within the London area.
In some cases, clients may arrange to return items to our warehouse. This must be agreed upon in advance and completed within 24 hours of the event end time.
All items must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear from appropriate use during the event.
You are responsible for the care of all rented items during the rental period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear or lost items will be charged as follows:
All items are inspected upon return. If damage or loss is identified, you will be notified within 48 hours with photographic evidence and a detailed assessment.
If you disagree with a damage or loss assessment, please contact us within 7 days of notification. We will review the case and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Items not returned by the agreed time will incur additional rental charges:
Basic cleaning of items is included in the rental price. However, excessive dirt, stains, or debris requiring special cleaning will incur additional charges based on the cleaning required.
Security deposits will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the return inspection is complete and all items are confirmed to be in acceptable condition.
